We accept unused products within 10 days of receiving your order. Buyer is in charge or return shipping. Please contact us at sisterlymarket@gmail.com to start your return.

- When will I receive my order?

Your order will ship in 2-3 business days and can take 5-7 business days to be delivered. This is the standard unless otherwise stated on an individual product page.

- How does a pre-order work?

A pre-order allows you to order our products early and guarantees you will receive the product once it arrives. Each pre-order will have details on the estimated ship date. We will keep you updated with any changes to the ship date. You will receive a shipping notification as soon as its ships. You can cancel your pre-order before it ships and receive a full refund.
